A member of our litigation department, Nigel has a wide expertise in a variety of litigation areas. He brings his extensive experience in the areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Insurance and Civil Litigation.
Nigel received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 1989 and his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994.
His early legal career was spent as an Associate at a high-volume Personal Injury firm. He then established his own law firm in 1997 which he managed for 10 years. Recently, Nigel was employed with a leading global insurance broker. Having viewed the practice of Law from very different perspectives has provided Nigel with unique insight and understanding of how to best negotiate and litigate his clients’ legal matters.
He proudly considers himself first and foremost an advocate, and this has been his passion and a consistent theme throughout his professional career.
